Under Article 6(1) of the GDPR, personal data must be processed on a lawful basis. The table below outlines each processing purpose and its corresponding legal basis:

  1. Responding to your enquiry and delivering the requested services: Name, email, form submission content. Legal basis: (b) Performance of a contract — processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or to perform a contract.

  2. Sending occasional marketing emails (maximum 4 times per year): Name, email. Legal basis: (a) Consent — only where you have actively opted in to marketing communications when submitting the form.

  3. Analysing website usage to improve our services and user experience: Pseudonymised usage data (Google Analytics, Webflow). Legal basis: (a) Consent – analytics cookies are placed only after you have given consent via the cookie consent banner, in accordance with Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. Alternatively, where analytics data is strictly necessary and fully anonymised, (f) Legitimate interest may apply.

We do not sell or share (as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act) personal data to or with any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, under any circumstances.
